CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email or our contact page within 30 days from when placed. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been picked and/or shipped. Please include your order number and reason for cancelation.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the contents of your order, and they are not visibly damaged or worn, you may send them back to us for a full refund. Initial shipping costs, and costs to ship the package back to us cannot be refunded.
If you would like to return the product you ordered and exchange it for the same or different product of the same value, we will be happy to do that for you based on availablity. However, we will have to ask that you pay for the shipping costs to return the original package and to ship the new one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date it was shipped out. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or record of your order number.
